Ingredients needed:
- 1 lemon
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cup green grapes
- Spinach
- Fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 stone bowl
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup grapefruit juice with no added sugar
- 1/2 cup yogurt
Along doing okay:
Step 1:
First, you add ice to blender
Step 2:
Cut apples into large pieces, remove the core. Then you give to the blender.
Then again this is more grapes
Step 3:
Chips or chopped shredded lemon peel and pour into the mixture along with lemon juice
Step 4:
Now, you add yogurt, grapefruit juice, honey and sugar to continue.
Step 5:
Finally, to finish spinach and mint leaves and puree the mixture in the composition.
So you've got yourself a great smoothie cup then!
